Description
WooCommerce Fundamentals will teach you everything you need to know to get a new e-commerce store up and running. We’ll teach you how to add products, categorize them, take payments, get shipping quotes, process returns, manage stock, integrate with Facebook communicate with your buyers and much, much more. The complete syllabus will be distributed at the start of class. This class is 6 full hours of instruction.
Who is this class for?
This course is for adults interested in a hands-on, instructor led course in setting up and managing their own online store using the most widely used eCommerce software in the world. Teens, age 14 and up would also be allowed if a parent or guardian is also attending.
What is included?
All materials are included, plus refreshments, a certificate of completion and one hour of free WooCommerce tutoring when you are ready to set up a real store.
Are there prerequisites?
Attendees should at least be familiar with online shopping, and general experience with a variety of websites where you manage things like settings and account information. Having some WordPress experience is helpful but not required.
What do I need to bring?
You need to bring a well functioning laptop capable of wireless access. There may be a limited number of computers available if you don’t have your own but advance notice is required.
Where is the class held?
The class will be held at 15100 W. Hwy 29 in Liberty Hill, TX. It’s on the corner of Hwy 29 and CR 200.
When is the class?
The class will be held from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM from March 25th – March 27th (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday), 2020.
